Auditions

• Auditions are required for all students new to Long Island Music Ensembles for placement into appropriate ensembles as well as those wishing to place into Elite Voices from Academy Voices.

• Placement is subject to the discretion of the audition judges & ensemble conductor. 

• The availability of positions in each of our ensembles is also a determining factor to placement. 

• All auditioning students do not have to have a private music teacher & are not required to have participated in a NYSSMA solo evaluation last year. 

• There is no audition fee!
